Recently, our Claude Code service encountered some issues. Around 18:00 Tokyo time on 2026-01-27, we noticed a surge in Claude Code service usage, which caused partial service overload and resulted in CC-related APIs becoming unavailable. We identified this issue immediately and updated and optimized the project code as well as related k8s deployments to mitigate the problem. Moving forward, we will continue to debug and optimize this issue, and in response to the problems exposed by this incident, we will further optimize the project code and related cloud infrastructure, and prioritize stress testing to identify and avoid similar issues as early as possible.
Additionally, starting at 00:50:37 Tokyo time on 2026-01-28, users of Claude Code and its associated services on this site encountered 400 errors. This was due to Claude updating their privacy terms[1], requiring all accounts to manually agree to the new terms before continuing to use the service. This issue has been manually resolved, and related services were restored at 07:16:38 Tokyo time on 2026-01-28.
